I haven't done my books the past few months, can you still help me?
Absolutely. We do a lot of backdate bookkeeping (or as Emma likes to call it "Catch Up Packets") We offer Catch-Up pricing for the same price as our regular monthly bookkeeping
My situation is complicated. Can we schedule time to talk?
Totally! If your situation has a lot of specific details and you need to know how to get it handled, please book a 15 minute call with Emma. She'll talk through your situation with you and together you can decide what the next right step for you is.
Don't most tax/bookkeeping services outsource their work?
Yes! This is actually a fairly common practice in our industry to use cheaper labor overseas to manage your books/accounts. But not us! We use automation + real human beings from the US to handle all of our client accounts.
Which bookkeeping software is the best?
This is a very common question. We've worked with all the different software and we feel that QuickBooks Online is the best one on the market right now. Especially if you're growing and bringing on teams to oversee your books (hi!) this makes it simple and effective to keep your books updated.
Can you work with clients outside the US?
At this time, we only work with US based clients. This allows us to be absolute pros at new tax and accounting laws.
Do you work with photographers in any state?
YES!
Are you just robots?
We're definitely human! Some programs out there are 100% automated and some even use artificial intelligence. Big Picture CPA is run by some pretty rad people.
